This policy explains how payments and refunds work for Regen Growth Live.

Payment after approval

You do not pay to apply. Payment for a seat is collected only after your application is approved and you accept your place.

Refunds

Seats are refundable up to 30 days before the event. To request a refund, email support@regenportal.com no later than 30 days before the first day of the event. Refunds are issued minus payment processing fees of 4% in each direction, meaning 4% on the original payment and 4% on the refund. Within 30 days of the event, seats are non-refundable.

Transfers

With advance written notice, a seat may be transferred to another qualified attendee, at the organizers' discretion. Contact support@regenportal.com to request a transfer.

Travel and accommodation

Travel and accommodation are booked and paid separately by you and are not part of the seat price. Approved attendees receive access to a discounted room block at the venue.
